This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the F.I.R that after recovery of the dead body of the deceased from the bank of river Punpun, three love letters were found, written by one Renu Kumari. However, a suspicion has been raised that Satyendra Singh, the father of Renu Kumari and his sons namely Nitish Kumar and Guddu Kumar had threatened at the time of immersion of Goddess Saraswati to kidnap the deceased and hence a doubt has been raised about the occurrence by the petitioner and others.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that except suspicion, there is nothing substantial against the petitioner.
