The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 132 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that similarly situated accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail, this application is allowed.
