On getting confidential information regarding assemblage of anti-social elements, a raid was conducted and during course thereof, nine persons were apprehended including the petitioner. From the possession of other co-accused, firearms and other items have been recovered while from the possession of petitioner, nothing has been recovered. Furthermore, so many motorcycles were recovered. During course of interrogation, Mantu Rai, one of the co-accused made inculpatory extra-judicial confession whereupon from the house of Vikas Rai, so many stolen motorcycles were recovered. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 07.10.2016, having no criminal antecedent as is

Accordingly, petitioner, Saurabh Kumar @ Shubham is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P. S. Case no.465 of 2016.
