====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-10-2018 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Banking Ombudsman.

In view of the limited submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Banking Ombudsman and in case the petitioner approaches the Banking Ombudsman by filing an appropriate complaint within a period of four weeks from today before the Banking Ombudsman, the Banking Ombudsman is requested to enquire into the matter and take appropriate action within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
