JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 152, 186, 489, 332 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant being a police officer reached to the house of one Mujibur Rahman to investigate a case when police force was attacked and assaulted. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general. The protest was made by the informant and others for making assault to the villagers by the police personnel, hence in order to save the skin, the present case has been lodged. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
