Two persons were apprehended in the night while carrying fourteen litres of wine over bicycle and the petitioner happens to be one of them who is in custody since 21.08.2016 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner Agahanu Rishideo is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No.122/2016.
