=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-01-2018 Now from the show cause filed by the respondents, it is seen that a sum of Rs.28,750/- has been paid to the petitioner by a Government Cheque on 25.4.2017 and the petitioner has received the same, as is evident from the documents filed along with the show cause as Annexure A series.

In view of the above, now no indulgence into the matter is called for. Even though learned counsel appearing for the petitioner tried to point out that in the order passed on 27.8.2013, the amount calculated is shown as Rs.8,750/- which should be Rs.28,750/-, from the show cause filed it is clear that the claim has been settled at Rs.28,750/- and, therefore, in case the petitioner has any grievance with regard to delay in payment or other benefit accruing by virtue of
