The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 236 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 448, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently, Section 302 of the IPC has been added. In view of the recent judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu and another reported in 2021 SCC Online SC 176, second anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
