This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Anshu Kumari, the minor daughter of the informant, went away from her house. Suspicion is that the named accused person induced her to go with them with intent to marry. Submission of the petitioner is that the victim has already married with named accused, Chhotu Singh. The petitioner is not named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Andar M.H. Town P.S. Case No. 22 of 2016 (Tr. No.2630 of 2016) to the satisfaction of Sri D.K. Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
