Petitioner is accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 1335 of 2015 registered under Section 498A of the I.P.C. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He is ready to keep the complainant with full love and dignity. In fact, complainant never wanted to reside at her sasural. Allegation of demand is totally false and concocted. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
