2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Total 27 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from a plastic bag, kept on a motorcycle and petitioner is registered owner of said motorcycle.

4. Considering the quantity of recovery and the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the motorcycle, from which, aforesaid recovery has been effected, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
