JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-10-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal against the impugned order dated 13.09.2018.

In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appropriate authority in accordance with Rule 66(2) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945.
