JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 The present application has been for modification of the order dated 10.07.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.23981/15 to the extent that in the cause title name of petitioner no.2 has wrongly been mentioned as "Puam Sinha in stead of "Punam Sinha ". The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the main petition. In view of the aforesaid, let in the cause title of the order dated 10.07.2015 the name of petitioner no.2 be read as "Punam Sinha" in stead of "Puam Sinha".

Let the date of surrender be extended by two weeks calculated from the date of receipt or production of the order in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No.345/14, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48822 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 2/2 The order dated 10.07.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.23981/15 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
