Although the petitioners herein, claim to have been working as Couriers under the Health Department and have prayed for regularization of their services but when called upon, learned counsel for the petitioners has failed to place on record any order of appointment/engaging the petitioners against any post, although certain certificates have been tendered demonstrating their participation under the Scheme.
In the nature of the certificates that are on record and in absence of any order of appointment issued by the Department, this Court is not persuaded to grant indulgence to the prayer made by the petitioners for appointment by way of regularization. The writ petition is disposed of.
