JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 11-07-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in para-1 of the petition. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State and perused the case diary. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 372, 387, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assaulting and demanding of extortion money which is not paid by the informant's side. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69858 of 2021(3) dt.11-07-2022 2/2 further submits that from perusal of the case diary, the doctor opined of the injury of Kapildeo Pandey, seems to be grievious in nature caused by hard blunt object and other injured namely, Sanjay Kumar as opined by the doctor, is simple in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Rubi Kumari, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Khaira (Nagra O.P.) P.S. Case No. 149 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
