Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Bikram P.S.Case No. 34 of 2020.

As per allegation, the accused persons came to the house of the informant and due to previous enmity they assaulted the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70002 of 2021(2) dt.27-07-2022 2/2 that there is previous enmity between the parties. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. The mother of the petitioner has already lodged a case against the informant and his family members and injury nos. 1 and 2 were simple and injury no.3 is abrasion on left forearm.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let him abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Danapur in connection with Bikram P.S.Case No. 34 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
