2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 197 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 201 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons committed murder of his daughter namely Sonali Kumari.

4. The FIR discloses itself that the deceased had appeared in matric examination but her papers were not up-tothe mark. The petitioner slightly scolded her for not doing well in the examination and being fed up, she consumed poisonous substance and she died.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The case has been lodged on the basis of anonymous application and brother of the petitioner Jawahar Yadav has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 58285 of 2024 vide order dated 21.08.2024.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 197 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
