JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application in connection with appointment of Bibi Nazneen (respondent no. 7). She has made a complaint before the District Magistrate, Madhepura but till date it has not been disposed of.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at present, the District Programme Officer is the competent authority to examine and take a decision on the matter with regard to appointment of Anganwari Sevika in place of District

Patna High Court CWJC No.20725 of 2014(5) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 Magistrate and on that ground he wants to withdraw with this application with liberty to approach the District Programme Officer.

In such view of the matter, this petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty that if the petitioner files an application before the District Programme Officer, he will take cognizance and decide the issue as the matter is of old period. (Shivaji Pandey, J) mkchy/- U
