Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 147, 149, 448, 341, 323, 354(A) (B), 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that the accused persons approximately a dozen in number came to the house and enquired about informant's father, thereafter, entered inside the house, abused her, committed theft by taking Rs.500/- and it is alleged that three persons made an attempt to outrage the modesty. It is submitted that the petitioners and the informant are neighbours. There is some kind of dispute between both sides and it is improbable that father and son will outrage the modesty
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37551 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 of a girl together. Due to the dispute, all have been falsely implicated in this case. This case was lodged after three days without any cogent explanation and this petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Laldeo Ravidas, Mahendra Ravidas @ Karu and Rajdeo Ravidas be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M XI, Gaya in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No.198 of 2014/Tr. No.191 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J) N.H./- U T
