Considering the views taken by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, the condition no.(i) in the order dated 04.05.2018 passed in Cr.WJC No.1032 of 2018 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall furnish the surety bond with two sureties of the like amount to the extent of the value of the vehicle as indicated in the insurance document to the satisfaction of the District Magistrate, Patna/authority concerned. On the petitioner furnishing the surety bond, as stated hereinabove, subject to following other undertakings as indicated in the said order, the

Patna High Court MJC No.3897 of 2018 (2) dt.11-10-2018 vehicle in question shall be released within one week. The application stands disposed off.
