2. On 13.08.2015, the Court had given an order of interim stay in favour of the petitioners.

3. Thereafter, on 21.03.2018, 02.05.2018 and 20.06.2018, on prayer made by learned counsel, the matter was adjourned. Today, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 are present. On a query of the Court to learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2, as to

No.50402 of 2014(10) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 whether anything came out of the attempt for reconciliation, as they had stated before the Court earlier, he submitted that the opposite party no. 2 had come to the Court but the petitioner never turned up and thereafter only time is being taken by them.

4. In the aforesaid background, the application stands dismissed.

5. It goes without saying that the interim order dated 13.08.2015, by which further proceeding of Complaint Case No. 2123 of 2012/Trial No. 1851 of 2014, pending before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chapra was stayed, stands vacated.
