Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2012, Sessions Trial No. 630 of 2012 registered under Sections 341, 324, 307, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Saran at Chapra. Taking into consideration that earlier the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected twice lastly on 19.11.2014 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 38493 of 2014, on merit, I find no fresh ground to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner is again rejected.
