The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 264 of 2015 registered under sections 341, 323, 302 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration the gravity of the offence and serious nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
