The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1065 of 2016 registered under Sections 304B, 498A, 120B and 109 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Siwan.

Submission is that petitioner is husband of the deceased. The deceased died due to illness. Petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the petition. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that there is direct allegation against the petitioner and the witnesses have also

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35870 of 2017 (4) dt.16-11-2017 2/2 supported the prosecution.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
