Petitioner is accused in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 169 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that petitioner, Pattidar of the informant, is not named in the F.I.R. and due to enmity and grudge, the informant in his re-statement and the witnesses in their statements in paragraph nos. 8, 10, 11 and 12 of the case diary, raised only suspicion against the petitioner having hand in murder of the father of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50692 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2016 2/2 in custody since 19.06.2015.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 169 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
