Mr. DR. AJEET KUMAR ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Gaighat P.S. Case N0. 4 of 2012, disclosing offences under Sections 147,341,323,324,307 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code. The Petitioners have started taking steps for grant of anticipatory bail nearly six years after registration of the First Information Report. In my view, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.

This application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) arun/- U
