JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that despite an application was filed in the year 2013 itself for grant of arms licence, no decision has been taken as yet by the District Magistrate-cumLicensing Authority, Bhojpur at Ara. Accordingly, I dispose of the writ application directing the District Magistrate-cum-Licensing Authority, Bhojpur at Ara to take a decision upon the application of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
