Petitioner is accused in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 171 of 2015 registered under Sections 379 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that except the confessional statement of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused namely Gautam Kumar @ Golu has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 37054 of 2016. Petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
