The petitioners seek bail in Purushottampur P.S. Case No. 30/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

30 litres of Nepali liquor is alleged to have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 30.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the
