2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with LNMU P.S.Case No. 106 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Two unknown criminals have looted Rs. 8 lakhs from the salesman of the informant. Subsequently, during the investigation, the name of the petitioner has transpired in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused. The petitioner is in jail custody since 12.04.2024, having clean antecedent.

4. Considering the facts that the petitioner is involved in loot of Rs. 8 lakhs in broad day light, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
