Having regard to the fact that pursuant to the earlier order of this Court certain payment of salary has been made to the petitioner which is not to the satisfaction of the petitioner, the same may only give a fresh cause of action but there would be no question of any contempt because this Court in the earlier round of litigation in the connected writ application has never quantified any amount.

That being so, this writ application is wholly misconceived, ill advised and is, accordingly, dismissed.
