Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the stand taken by the Government Amin as well as report of the Private Amin, the writ petition may be disposed of with the direction to the Respondent No. 3 (The Collector, Bhagalpur) to measure the land of the petitioner after fixing the date in presence of the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of production/receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of and if the Respondent No. 3 finds that the petitioner is the owner of the land in question, then he proceed further for
