The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.385 of 2019 registered under Sections 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering that there is allegation of snatching golden chain from the informant and when he tried to chase the miscreants, they opened fire causing injury in his elbow and the informant identified the petitioner as one of the accused involved in commission of the offence, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present. The application is rejected. In case, the trial is not completed within nine months from the date of framing of charges, the petitioner
