The petitioner's counsel submits that there are some dues on account of arrears of salary and general insurance. Claim has also been made in respect of revision of pension to Rs.20,950/-.He submits that he would be filing a comprehensive representation in this regard for all pending claims before the authority, namely, Respondent No.3-the Registrar of the University.

If such a representation is filed within two weeks, this Court would direct that the same be disposed of by a reasoned and speaking order and payment if found admissible be made within eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order along with the representation.

The writ petition is disposed of.
