Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
Since both the bail applications arises out of the same P.S. case i.e. Goraul P.S. Case No. 180 of 2020 and the same
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58117 of 2021(2) dt.08-03-2022 2/2 have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 180 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submissions of the petitioners and the reasons mentioned in order dated 03.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1263 of 2021 (Annexure-2), both the bail applications are allowed.
Let, the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 180 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
