The application seeks modification in the order dated 02.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 29396 of 2016. It is submitted that in the light of the said order the petitioner had furnished the bail bond and was released on bail. Subsequently, in the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the bail bond of the petitioner has been cancelled. Learned counsel for the petitioner is ready and willing to comply with the direction issued by the Hon'ble Suprme Court and pray for bail in the Court below.
