Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 765 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is not the family member of the deceased, but he is neigbour and during course of investigation it has come that the petitioner was not involved in the death of the deceased, but without any evidence the police has taken a decision to submit charge-sheet against the petitioner and it is submitted that the husband of the deceased is in jail. Let, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 765 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
