The petitioner is languishing in custody since 07.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 20, 21, 22, 27(K) and 29 of the NDPS Act.

It is alleged that a motorcycle was intercepted which was being driven by this petitioner and from the pillion rider a bag containing 4 kgs. of Ganja was recovered. It is submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the recovery cannot be treated from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Munger in connection with Jamalpur P.S.
