Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the name of village of petitioner at title page during the course of the day.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 363, 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. of the victim wherein she has denied the factum of kidnapping and has stated that she was admonish by her parents and due to that she left her house on her own sweet will. The medical board has found the age of the victim between 18-20 years. Petitioner got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

No.69349 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 Considering the statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C., let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 150 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
