2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 354 / 354(A) (i) (ii) / 354 (c), 354(D) / 509/504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 170 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been implicated as no similar complaint has been made earlier, even though the first information report itself contains averments of past misbehaviour by the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, however, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
