The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Alauli P.S.Case No. 133 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the submission that there is case and counter case and a general and omnibus allegation has been made against altogether 23 persons named in the FIR out of which six are ladies, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48473 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S.Case No. 133 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
