JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-10-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is willing to settle the matter with the Bank, however, some time be granted for the said purpose. The learned counsel for the Bank submits that the Bank does not have any objection for settlement, but the petitioner shall approach the Bank within a period of four weeks from today. In view of the aforesaid, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Bank for settlement of the matter and the Bank shall also co-operate for settlement of outstanding dues.
