2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sirari P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024 dated 24.04.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioners are that both the petitioners are women and there is no serious allegation against them and as per allegation, petitioner no.1, Supriya Kumari, assaulted the informant's daughter by means of pirday (sickle) and the petitioner no. 2 is

No.63464 of 2024(2) dt.05-10-2024 2/2 alleged to have assaulted Rita Devi who sustained simple injuries in the alleged occurrence and the injuries found on the person of the informant's daughter are also superficial and there is case and counter case in between both the parties.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case as well as the above submissions and mainly the nature of allegation appearing against the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, let the petitioners named-above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Sirari P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
