The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case under sections 395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. One lady hired Bolero vehicle of the informant but the same was looted while the lady and others were traveling in the said vehicle. During the course of investigation, one Nitu Kumari was apprehended who disclosed the name of Pramod Singh @ Pappu Singh. Pramod Singh @ Pappu Singh was also arrested who confessed his guilt and on the basis of his confession, the looted vehicle was recovered from the premises of Patna Jn. Railway Station. Pramod Singh disclosed the name of petitioner Santosh Paswan @ Satish Paswan. The petitioner was remanded in this case on 10.07.2014 but till date he has not been put on T.I.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42624 of 2014 (3) dt.14-05-2015 parade. Pramod Singh @ Pappu Singh has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 14.02.2012 vide Criminal Misc. No. 4250 of 2012.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner Santosh Paswan @ Satish Paswan is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Buxar Rail P.S.
