Admittedly, so-called victim of kidnapping has already returned to his home and furthermore, medical report does not support the allegation of unnatural sexual offence. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the petitioner as well as informant are covillagers. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge II, Jamui in Sessions trial no. 253/2014 arising out of Chakai P.S. Case no. 49/2014.
