The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

As per the prosecution case, 7.5 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from the house of co-accused Sanju Paswan.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with the business. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
