2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2021 registered for an offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 354(B) and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case that on 16.02.2021, coaccused Sonu Singh and Sanjay Singh have forcibly taken away the informant from her house with bad intention and when family members of the tried to rescue her, both of them fired from their respective pistol and, thereafter, the accused persons armed with rifle and gun started firing as a result of which four persons including the informant sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. He next submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34992 of 2021. Petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2022.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and also the fact that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sessions Trial 574 of 2023 arising out of Manpur P.S.
