The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 236 of 2017 registered under Section 363/365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion. In the whole case diary, there is no material against the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
