The present writ petition has been filed for compassionate appointment.

The father of the petitioner was working in Bihar State Forest Development Corporation and was posted at Garhwa who died in harness. Application for compassionate appointment is pending, in the meantime, after bifurcation of the State of Bihar, Garhwa falls within the territory of Jharkhand. The question has been raised that above right of

Patna High Court CWJC No.113 of 2008 (6) dt.18-01-2018 the petitioner for appointment will be settled by the Bihar State Forest Development Corporation or not?

As learned counsel for the petitioner is not coming forward to press this writ petition, accordingly it is dismissed for default.
