The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by order dated 17.06.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 19775 of 2015 with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within four months. Petitioner is alleged to have misused the privilege of bail.
It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 07.01.2015 i.e. for more than eleven months. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
